July 19, 2019

Please note following information related to the Cúl Camp next week Mon 22nd-Fri 26th July

Camps running in Mount Sion, St Oliver's (Ballinameela) & St Mary's 1 (Kill) have very limited space for walk ups Monday. Walk ups will not be taken in Butlerstown, Dungarvan or Gaultier 2

Camp runs Monday to Friday 10am-2.30pm each day. Staff will be onsite only from 9.45am. We will not accept any responsibility for children prior to 9.45am any day

If you are happy for your child to walk/cycle home on own you must let us know on Monday morning. Otherwise children will only be allowed leave once a parent/guardian arrives to collect them.

As we seem to have nut allergies in a number of camps and expect to see potentially more children sign up on Monday with allergies we have decided to request that children are not given nuts in lunchboxes. We ask that you cooperate with this please

Parents of children with medication must make themselves known to Head Coaches on the Monday morning. There is a new Epipen permission form this year and this must be signed by parents and coaches shown how to administer. Head Coaches will have this form on Monday

Please ensure your child has lunch, water, suncream, hat, gumshield, change of clothes. Please have your child's name on any bags/jersey/zip tops etc to prevent clothes being lost

And most importantly please ensure we have at least 1 number where we can contact during camps hours if necessary.

If you have any queries please contact County Coordinator Eoin Breathnach on 087-9219345
